APEX Dance Company and the venue of the event are not responsible for any personal injury or property loss that is suffered by anyone attending or participating in the any of our events. APEX Dance Company reserves the right, when necessary, to relocate or change an event venue, location, dates and time or expand an event to a multiple days if necessary. All changes to an original submissions must be done in writing; no verbal requests will be honored. APEX Dance Company reserves the rights to change, delete, or add to any rules, regulations, or policies at any time deemed necessary.

By signing the APEX Dance Company Release Agreement, all registered attendees and observers grant permission to APEX Dance Company and its representatives to publish their photographs/videos on local or national television, promotional videos, marketing materials, the internet, or any other media, as deemed fit by APEX Dance Company in an effort to promote its events. In addition, upon entering any APEX Dance Company sponsored event that participants, which include students, parents, teachers, and other spectators, will not hold APEX Dance Company or it’s owner, directors, employees, or host facilities liable for injuries sustained, illnesses, or loss of property while in attendance and/or participating in any APEX Dance Company events. All photographs/videos taken by APEX Dance Company and any independent representative commissioned by APEX Dance Company become the property of APEX Dance Company. APEX Dance Company reserves the right to sell photographs/videos taken at any APEX Dance Company event.

All registrations must be submitted through our online registration software. There is a $10 per dancer registration fee for all APEX Dance Company events. All fees must be paid in full 2 week before the event and maybe paid by check, cash, or credit card. Pre-Register without payment does not guarantee a spot at the event, and all entries must be input into the system and paid to secure your space. All credit card payments include a 6% non-refundable service fee. There is a $50 charge for each check returned by the bank to APEX Dance Company to the original check owner. All returned checks must be made good, including the $50 charge, within 1 week of the event or entries will be voided. APEX Dance Company reserves the right to request all future payments be made by cash, money order, cashier’s check, or credit card from anyone whose check is dishonored.
